Systems & Services Limited was established in 1985 with the aim of supporting international enterprises in the implementation of works related to technical assistance at various engineering fields with major concentration in telecommunications. The company successfully conducted a number of projects for design and supervision works under the guidance of its foreign counterparts that allowed transfer of technology resulting indevelopment of local expertise. The outcome is the transformation of the company from a technical assistance team to a systems and network integration team.

Starting as a technical assistance company under the leadership of a highly experienced management team consisting of senior executives from Bangladesh Telegraph & Telephone Board (BTTB) the company is currently working as total solution company being led by relatively young but experienced management team having a combined market experience of over 50 years and an average age of below 40 years supported by a strong working force averaging below 30 years.

Taking the challenge of the 21st century meeting the demand of globalization the company is committed to providing the right solution for any needs of the enterprises working in the local market to be more efficient and competitive while maintaining the high level of product quality.
