Tejas TJ1600 DWDM

TJ1600 is a high density metro core platform encompassing TDM, OTN, Carrier Ethernet (CE) and DWDM technologies. It is a single, unified platform for aggregation and transport of packets and circuits. Within 9U form factor TJ1600 comes with 9 traffic slots that can accommodate a large variety of high density traffic modules. It is ideal for the core network locations where large amounts of data and voice traffic from different sources has to be groomed and switched at wire speed. It comes with multiple cross connect options – thus catering moderate to very high volume traffic aggregation requirements.
