SCADA

A SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system monitors and controls industrial processes across multiple levels. At Level 0, field devices like sensors and actuators gather data and execute control actions. Level I involves Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), which interface with these field devices. Supervisory computers at Level II provide real-time control and monitoring. Level III involves coordinating computers and cloud servers for broader system management, while Level IV includes central computers and servers for high-level data processing and control. This hierarchy enables seamless automation, monitoring, and management of complex systems.
